Looking for a Charter Boat
Captain on your next visit to Louisiana? You've come to the right
place! The fishing is great here. Redfish, speckled trout, tarpon,
drum, flounder and more.
The
Louisiana Charter Boat Association was created to protect and promote the
development and preservation of the fishing guide industry in
Louisiana
. The LCBA supports legislation to enhance the fishery and opposes unfair or
unwarranted legislation which would be detrimental to the industry or the
fishery as a whole. We promote the industry through a limited advertising
campaign, presence at outdoor shows, production of brochures and development of
a website for LCBA members with links to individual websites. Membership is open
to any licensed and insured Captain
or any business with an interest in maintaining the industry.
Whether you’re fishing for redfish or
trout in our coastal areas and marshes, enjoying Louisiana’s world-class
offshore fishing or casting a line in our many freshwater lakes and bayous Louisiana
Has It All!
